The Gaming and Wagering Commission of Western Australia (the Commission) is responsible for ensuring that gambling in Western Australia is conducted with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to minimising harm and preventing criminal infiltration in the industry. The Commission’s work spans regulatory oversight, policy development, compliance monitoring and evidence based reform.
