- Your licence number (shown on your licence or search WA Licence Search).
- Mobile phone number and/or email address on file with the department.

You'll need to complete a 3 point ID check to update your details via email. This is to protect your details. You need email worksafelicensing@lgirs.wa.gov.au and provide:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your address
- Your changed details that you wish to update
