This workshop will provide learners with knowledge of the key tasks involved when undertaking community services procurements. You will gain practical skills for developing key community services procurement documents, including the development of community services procurement plans and requests.

Who is this training suitable for?

This workshop is suitable for WA Public Sector employees who already have some understanding of the community services procurement process.

You will learn

You will gain practical skills and knowledge of developing plans and requests to support a successful procurement process including:

  • Key procurement documents and how they fit into the community services procurement process
  • How to develop a procurement plan, and essential activities for planning a community services procurement process
  • How to develop a successful request for community services
  • Different procurement methods and the scenarios in which each is appropriate
