A Miner's Right can be obtained for a fee at the Department of Mines, Petroleum, and Exploration (the department), Mineral House, 100 Plain Street, East Perth, or at any Mining Registrar’s office.

You can also apply Online through the department’s website or by Cheque/Money Order with an Application available within the Miner’s Right pamphlet

Please note that a Miner’s Right cannot be obtained at the department’s Core Libraries.
