Call Transperth as soon as possible on 13 62 13 or visit a Transperth InfoCentre to hotlist the card. This protects the remaining balance but deactivates the SmartRider forever.
You will need to buy a new card and the balance of the lost or stolen card is then transferred.
Hotlisting can take up to 48 hours. Any credit used before then cannot be returned.
If you do not hotlist your card the credit will be lost forever.
