The Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED) has released an Exposure Draft of Electricity System and Market Amending Rules (Tranche 10) for consultation.
DEED will hold a Transformation Design and Operation Working Group (TDOWG) meeting on 17 June 2026 to discuss the Tranche 10 Exposure Draft. Please contact energymarkets@deed.wa.gov.au to be added to the invitee list.
Stakeholders are invited to provide written feedback on the Exposure Draft before 5:00pm (AWST) on 24 June 2026 by submitting comments to energymarkets@deed.wa.gov.au.
Late submissions may not be considered.
Any submissions received will be published on the Energy Policy WA website unless requested otherwise.
