Summary

Building and Energy is inviting public submissions on a proposed amendment to the Architects Regulations 2005to require licensed corporations to have a specific number of registered architects on their governing body (for example, a board of directors). The amendment aims to address concerns raised by the Architects Board of Western Australia about licensing ‘Non-Traditional Corporations’ (NTC).
