The 76th International Astronautical Congress (IAC 2025) will take place in Sydney from 29 September to 3 October 2025. Organised by the International Astronautical Federation, this premier event gathers leaders, experts, and enthusiasts from the global space community to discuss advancements and challenges in space exploration and technology.
With an expected attendance of 8,000 to 10,000 participants from 80 to 100 countries, the Congress aims to foster networking and knowledge sharing across the space economy. The event will feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, and opportunities for exhibitors to showcase innovations. IAC 2025 will highlight Australia's growing role in the global space sector, emphasizing local capabilities and technological advancements.
Western Australian organisations with an interest in space markets are invited to submit an expression of interest to participate in IAC 2025 as part of a Western Australian industry delegation hosted by the Western Australian Government’s Space Industry team.
Opportunities for delegates
Delegates may participate either as co-exhibitors within the WA Government stand or as rovers with full access to networking and exhibition activities.
All Western Australian delegates will receive two exhibitor badges per organisation, promotion and marketing through Western Australian Government communications channels, networking opportunities and business support from the Space Industry team.
Participation Costs
Delegates are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, meals and incidental expenses.
Due to anticipated high demand, a competitive assessment process will be undertaken to select participants.
