Today we launched Finance’s Diversity and Inclusion Strategy for 2022-2025.
Director General Jodi Cant encouraged all staff to be part of this exciting journey to build an inclusive and accessible work environment, ensuring Finance is the #bestplacetowork
Our strategy shows how Finance, as a central agency, can set the example and be a leader within the public sector when it comes to modelling inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
A video showcasing our staff and the different ways they bring their personalities to work was a huge hit, with all the featured ‘Faces of Finance’ excited to play their part in supporting this great achievement.
The strategy demonstrates our commitment to ensuring Finance becomes, and remains, a positive environment where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is everyone's business.
