FPC blue tree launch 2

This week, the FPC launched its internal version of the Blue Tree Project.

The Blue Tree Project is an initiative where trees are painted blue to help grab attention and spark conversations around mental health. The project spreads the message that it's okay not to be okay.

The FPC’s internal initiative was started when an FPC forester sent a photo of a blue tree that she regularly drove by and suggested that small, painted blue trees in each office could help raise the profile of mental health within the FPC.

Our small blue trees can now be found in all FPC offices, encouraging our staff start conversations and remove stigmas around mental health.

Our organisation is committed to creating a culture that embraces improved mental health and is very proud to support this initiative.
