Industry Regulation customers can now submit licence and works approval applications using new digital application forms in Environment Online.
The new forms guide users clearly through what information is needed, making requirements easier to understand and helping reduce follow‑up during assessment.
Fees and payments are integrated into the process, allowing applications to be submitted in one place.
The latest enhancements include:
- digital application forms for Industry Regulation submissions
- the ability to reuse key information across related applications
- improved visibility of fees, correspondence and obligations in one place.
Clear guidance is built into the forms to support smooth and consistent completion.
These improvements build on Industry Regulation services introduced in 2024 and 2025 and reflect the Department’s continued focus on modernising environmental regulatory processes.
