KPMG has been engaged to undertake an independent review of the Construction Industry Portable Paid Long Service Leave Act 1985 (the Review). The Review is expected to deliver its final report by the end of 2023.
Stakeholder consultation and submissions have now closed and KPMG are working on a Final Report for consideration by the Hon Bill Johnston MLA.
