The patented interactive software solution developed from proven university research provides refresher training on key workplace stressors that impact mental health, ‘one click away’ from help and predictive analytics of staff in early mental health decline.

After attending the Curtin Ignition program in 2013 Dr Susanne Bahn co-founded Tap into Safety with Geoffrey Bahn. This husband and wife team bring over 20 years of in-field safety experience and 10 years of research to the business. The Ignition program raised more questions than what they had before they started. Sue said:

The advice by a range of professionals was second to none and we formed exceptional relationships with mentors and advisors that we would not have met through any other forum.

Tap into Safety is a patented training platform that is used to deliver safety and mental health training in a fun and interactive way by combining leading edge research with interactive design.

All of Me was developed out of a growing need by industry and a recognition by the Founders of the lack of insightful data for business when preparing their well-being programmes. The software solution, released at the end of 2016, utilises gaming techniques, animation, interactivity and comprehensive analytics to drive user engagement, reduce stigma, increase mental health literacy and inform business. All of Me is available to use across all smart devices and online.

Tap into Safety were recipients of an Accelerating Commercialisation grant which was used to help develop the apps and achieve national and global health and safety improvements. In 2016 Tap into Safety was a finalist in the WA Innovator of the Year program and were also accepted into the KPMG Energise 2.0 accelerator program for start-ups.

As they look towards expanding into international markets Wrays patent attorneys have been engaged to help secure international patents.
