This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to fostering a workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to contribute.

To be recognised by DCA as an Inclusive Employer, organisations must exceed the National Index Benchmark across several key diversity and inclusion areas.

The department participated in the DCA Inclusive Employer Index, an in-depth workplace survey that measures employee diversity and inclusion experiences.

The Inclusive Employer Index has enabled our Department to evaluate the current state of inclusion in our workforce and compare it to the Australian workforce and DCA member benchmarks.

This data empowers us to show our commitment to inclusion, reflect on our achievements and identify ways to do even better.
