The Taskforce has recommended that a centralised framework be established to provide for the regulation and governance of a single end-to-end PSSR standard for the South West Interconnected System (SWIS). This includes the establishment of a single instrument containing all relevant PSSR standards, and a centralised governance framework under the Coordinator of Energy, supported by a Reliability and Security Advisory Panel.
