It’s designed to give public sector employees with one to 3 years of people management experience a positive start to leading in the sector.
Delivered by the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of New South Wales, Propel consists of microcredential units that build the capabilities and insights crucial for effective and dynamic leadership.
Each topic runs for 10 weeks and the credits you earn can count towards a larger qualification. At the end of the program, you'll have a personalised leadership blueprint that you can use to continue your leadership growth and development.
