WA’s vaccination program is expanding with a new COVID-19 vaccination clinic at Perth Airport, allowing fly-in-fly-out (FIFO) workers in the resources sector the opportunity to conveniently get vaccinated.

A number of new vaccination clinics have also recently opened in the State’s North West in partnership with the resources sector, including clinics in Tom Price, Paraburdoo, Port Hedland and Newman.

Pop-up clinics are also opening up soon across Perth, and there are expanded walk-in opportunities at the Claremont and Joondalup community clinics.

Perth Airport clinic

The Perth Airport clinic is open weekdays between 10:00am and 8:00pm.

Alternating between Terminals 2 and 3, bookings are conveniently aligned with flight arrival and departure times. Walk in opportunities are limited based on daily vaccine availability.

The airport clinic supports the recent announcement to mandate COVID-19 vaccinations to FIFO and local workers on Western Australian mining, oil and gas and exploration, visitors to these operations, as well as all resources sector employees who work at regional and remote mine sites.

Armadale and Mirrabooka pop-up clinics

New pop-up vaccination clinics in Armadale and Mirrabooka will open soon.

The clinics are expected to open from Monday 18 October 2021, and will be located at Armadale Central Shopping Centre and Mirrabooka Square Shopping Centre with booking options to be available in the coming week.

Claremont and Joondalup clinics

People can walk-in to the Claremont and Joondalup COVID-19 vaccination clinics and receive a vaccine without an appointment.
