Important notice

Submissions and surveys for Project 114 have closed as of 30 May 2025.

In April 2024, the former Attorney General, Hon John Quigley MLA, directed the Law Reform Commission of Western Australia (the Commission) to review, provide advice and make recommendations for consideration by the Western Australian Government on enhancing and updating the Guardianship and Administration Act 1990 (WA).

The Commission is pleased to advise that online surveys for submissions to both Volume One and Volume Two of its Discussion Paper is now available.

The surveys provide an opportunity to contribute your views and feedback on the key issues explored. Your insights are invaluable in helping shape recommendations that reflect the needs and experiences of our community.

Both surveys will close Friday 30 May 2025 and we encourage you to share them with colleagues or networks who may also wish to contribute.

Thank you for your continued engagement with Project 114. If you have any questions or require assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with the Commission at lrcwa@justice.wa.gov.au .

The Hon Lindy Jenkins
Chair
Law Reform Commission of Western Australia
