Notice is hereby given that in accordance with clause 13 of the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme (GBRS), the Western Australian Planning Commission resolved on 22 July 2026 to transfer Lot 2 Prowse Road, Capel from the Urban Deferred zone to the Urban zone, as shown on WAPC Plan 4.1682.
Accordingly, the amendment to the Greater Bunbury Region Scheme is effective on and from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette, being 31 July 2026.
