Changes to the framework governing connection and access to the Western Power network are proposed to support the delivery of the Energy Transformation Strategy. The amendments include changes relating to the implementation of constrained network access in the South West Interconnected System, and bringing forward the recovery of Western Power’s deferred revenue from its second Access Arrangement.

Public comment on the proposed Access Code changes are invited and can be submitted in any of the following ways:

- Verbal discussion – contact energytransformation@energy.wa.gov.au to arrange a one-on-one discussion.
- Postal submission – send your submission to Energy Policy WA at Locked Back 11, Cloisters Square, WA 6850.
