Under the Planning and Development Act 2005 (the Act) if the Minister for Planning considers an application to the State Administrative Tribunal raises issues of State or regional importance, she may call in the application for determination.
On 22 June 2022, the Minister for Planning confirmed her decision to call-in the development application for a change of use at 247-249 James Street in Northbridge which was refused by the City of Perth.
