Late application
Show moreLate applications may be lodged within six months after the expiry date of a registration but you must write a letter giving reasons for the delay. You can use the late application form for this purpose.
In addition to this form, you are required to submit a completed renewal application form and provide payment of the late fee and application fee.
If the Board does not accept your reasons, you will be informed and your fees refunded, but you may apply for a new registration within three years of a former registration expiry date.
Use this link to complete a Builders' registration - Reissue form. With the re-issue form, please note that you will be issued a new registration number.
It is recommended that you lodge your renewal application before your registration expires to avoid the inconvenience of a late application or a new registration.
