Change address, email or phone number
Online
You'll need:
- Your licence number (shown on your licence or search WA Licence Search).
- Mobile phone number and/or email address on file with the department.
To update your contact details by email, please email cplicensing@lgirs.wa.gov.au and provide:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your residential or postal address
- The new contact details (for example, your new phone number, email address or address)
Change of name
A new licence/certificate will be sent to your nominated postal address.
To update your contact details by email, please email cplicensing@lgirs.wa.gov.au and provide:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your address
- A copy of the name change document (or marriage certificate)
- A copy of photographic identification in the new name.
