Refund of licence fees
A licensed debt collector can receive a refund of licence fees if they surrender their licence under regulation 9 before it expires.
Licensees are required to apply to the Commissioner, who on receipt of the application, may refund the portion of the fee that relates to the period from the surrender date to the original expiry date of the licence.
