How to submit your application
1. You'll need
- Nominee details
- Current Electrical Licence number of the nominee
- Provide evidence of successful completion of the following Nominee module/s, issued by an approved Registered Training Organisation within the last two years:
- WAE200 – Electrical Operational Requirements or
- EA103A Operational Legislative Requirements; and
- WAE100 Electrical Requirements or
- Provide details below of current or previous (within the past two years) Nominee appointment on an Electrical Contractor’s (EC) or In-House Installing Work (IH) Licence in WA or
- Provide evidence of being an Inspector designated under Section 12 of the Energy Coordination Act 1994 within the past two years.
2. Complete application form
Print or digitally complete the application form.
- Register a nominee on an In-House Installing Work Licence (individual) R008A
- Register a nominee on an In-House Installing Work Licence (partnership) R008B
- Register a nominee on an In-House Installing Work Licence (company) R008C
3. Additional documents
You'll also need:
- Electrical Worker's Licence number
- Proof of ID ready to upload for the nominee
- Visa/Mastercard for fee payment.

After your application has been submitted
Licence applications typically take 6–8 weeks to process. We’ll contact you if we need any additional information, and you’ll receive an email once your licence has been finalised.
