Brandon joined MyLeave in May 2022. Brandon has 29 years’ experience in law enforcement at WA Police with specialist skills in law reform, strategy & policy development, and stakeholder engagement. Brandon served for 9 years as Board Director and Senior Vice President of the WA Police Union managing the Operations Division, Legal, Welfare and Safety teams.
Brandon leads the compliance and advisory team who work with employers to ensure their workers receive their long service leave entitlements. The team are also responsible for review and interpretation of MyLeave's legislation. Other areas of responsibility include internal compliance, audit and risk management.
