Emma has extensive experience developing and implementing complex government policy and driving reform across a wide range of areas including housing and land supply, social and affordable housing, services to remote communities, intergovernmental relations and community services portfolio commissioning. Over the last 15 years, Emma has held senior roles across the Western Australian Departments of Treasury and Finance, Communities, the Premier and Cabinet and the Housing Authority and more than two years as Principal Policy Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Planning and Lands.
Emma’s qualifications include Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts.
