Jennifer Marston is the Assistant Director General, Business and Corporate Services. Jennifer leads the provision of corporate customer services that enable the delivery of the strategic priorities for the Department of Planning Lands and Heritage. She has held various senior leadership roles across State and Commonwealth public service agencies including the New South Wales Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), the Departments of Defence and Foreign Affairs and Trade. Jennifer applies active Governance as a member on a number of Boards and Audit and Risk Committees.

Having held senior roles in human resources, enterprise strategy, operations, program management and policy reform, Jennifer’s depth of experience is underpinned by a Master’s in Public Sector Leadership and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is collaborative, innovative leader, who is passionate about outstanding customer service and nurturing positive relationships between teams, across government, industry and communities to achieve transformational strategic outcomes.
