His career spans housing, urban planning, infrastructure, economic policy, climate change and energy, with a strong track record leading complex policy, reform and strategic initiatives. Julian is recognised for providing trusted advice on high-profile public policy matters and for leading collaborative, cross-government approaches to complex challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), a Postgraduate Diploma in Policy Studies and a Graduate Diploma in Property.
