Liam is a valued member of the senior executive leadership group and as Executive Director of Statewide Delivery has led a team of over 300 staff in the Water and Environmental Approvals portfolio in the creation of a new Statewide Delivery directorate providing a range of joined up services across the State, as well as the implementation of a significant transformation of our approvals system as a result of the Vogel McFerran reform recommendations.
Liam has over 25 years of public and private sector experience, both here in WA and internationally. Prior to his current position with DWER, he held a range of leadership positions including Acting Deputy Director General, Executive Director and General Manager at Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) with WA State Government.
