Suzanne has 30 years’ experience in leading an organisation wide workforce function. She has held executive roles in six public sector agencies including WA Health, Transport and Infrastructure, and the TAFE sector.
She brings extensive expertise in leading transformational and cultural change programs, human resources strategy, workforce planning, organisational re-design, organisational development and cultural change. Her early career was in industrial relations.
