Tia Byrd has more than 15 years’ experience across the Western Australian State Government, including senior roles at the Department of Planning, Lands and Heritage and the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation.
She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning and brings extensive expertise across land use planning, economic development and infrastructure delivery. Tia has had a key role in delivering the State's Development Contribution Program.
Tia leads the delivery of integrated planning outcomes that support sustainable growth and align with the State’s economic and social priorities. She is committed to a collaborative, outcomes-focused approach, working across government, industry and community to deliver coordinated and responsive planning frameworks.
