Our 2021-24 Workforce Strategy provides a supportive and continuous learning environment is a key part of our workforce strategy as we recognise that it is our people who drive our organisation. The Strategy also clearly defines our key workforce outcomes and priorities for 2021-24, and shows how our workforce strategies and practices are underpinned by the WA Public Sector and Treasury foundations. The Strategy guides and informs how we will acquire, retain, develop, motivate and deploy talent to ensure we can achieve our mission, vision and strategic goals now and into the future.

This plan remains valid but reflects the Department of Treasury as it was published prior to the transition to the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) on 1 July 2025. It will be reviewed and updated in due course to align with DTF.
