Before course components can be developed and submitted for accreditation in module format, you must complete and submit this form to the TAC Secretariat via email to TACCourseAccreditation@dtwd.wa.gov.au.
This is a mandatory document for approval to develop modules within an accredited course. It applies to all applications for course accreditation and reaccreditation by the WA Training Accreditation Council, where the course owner has determined that the development of units of competency for the course is not possible. The form must be completed in accordance with the Course Accreditation Application Guide (ACC) or the Course Reaccreditation Application Guide (ACCREACC).
Instructions for completing each section of this form correctly can be referred to in the Guides, as they are not included within this form.
Following the TAC approval, the TAC will forward the Reviewer findings to the course owner for progressing the Application for Course Accreditation or Reaccreditation.
