This policy provides an optional alternative to reporting airborne geophysical surveys over mining tenements issued under the Mining Act 1978 (Act) and describes how such data will be registered.
Policy provisions include:
- once only data submission (regardless of tenements covered);
- transferable registration number;
- five-year total confidentiality period (regardless of tenement situation); and/or
- optional conversion of survey status to multi-client.
