The Capital Works Program funds may be paid in instalments and are subject to certain conditions including the submission of a business case to the WA Government's Building, Management and Works division of the Department of Finance.
The Settlement also includes provisions for up to $5 million, indexed for two years, to support the development and construction of a Noongar Cultural Centre conditional upon supplementary funding and submission of a business case.
