Your personal information is collected for the purposes of administering and managing the Talent Release Form, including obtaining and recording consent for the use of photographs, video, audio, recordings and other related material for authorised Departmental purposes. Your personal information may also be used for communication, recordkeeping and administrative purposes associated with the activity or project.
If we do not collect your personal information, we will not be able to process your Talent Release Form or obtain consent to use your image, voice or other related material. As a result, you may not be able to participate in the activity or project.
Personal information may be disclosed to external suppliers engaged by our Department, including photographers, videographers, designers, printers, and digital service providers, for approved Departmental purposes.
Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of personal information about you that is held by us.
In some cases, requests for access or correction will be handled in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 1992.
