Generate a trade certificate softcopy / Training contract extract

Guidance
If an original trade certificate is destroyed, lost or stolen, you can request a copy via the Western Australian Apprenticeship Management System (WAAMS). You can also request for an extract of your training contract to be sent to you by email, via WAAMS.
