Training contracts can continue to be lodged during the closure and will be assessed from when the office reopens on Friday 2 January 2026.
Training contract changes can still be submitted via the Western Australian Apprenticeship Management System (WAAMS) online client portal during the closure period.
Emails or other training contract related requests received during the closure will be actioned from 2 January 2026.
Our role and responsibility is in accordance with Part 7 of the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 (the Act), the associated Regulations, and the WA Apprenticeship and traineeship policy.
