LGIRS Occupational Licensing Performance Report - December Quarter 2025

Across this quarter we saw high per cent finalisation numbers in plumbing, painting and gas licensing, and registered building contractor and practitioner, building surveying and owner builder applications. These figures demonstrate our ability to maintain high-service standards despite consistently high application volumes, particularly under the Build a Life in WA Incentive.
