The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) plan number 3.2781 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Gosnells Local Planning Scheme is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS Amendment 1382/57.
Copies of the amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from Tuesday 26 April 2022 to Tuesday 26 May 2022 at:
