The amendment is shown on Western Australian Planning Commission plan number 3.2802 and is effective from the date of publication of this notice in the Government Gazette.
By virtue of section 126(1) of the Planning and Development Act 2005, the City of Fremantle Local Planning Scheme is amended to give effect to the reservation(s) included in MRS Amendment 1401/57.
Copies of the amendment and the accompanying report on submissions are available for public inspection from Friday, 10 November 2023 to Friday, 8 December 2023 at:
