Notification is required before mining operations commence at a mine.
If there is a change in the person who is the mine operator of a mine, the person who is the new mine operator must, no later than 7 days after the date of the change, give the regulator notice of the change.
If there is a change in any information or document previously provided, the person must provide the regulator with the updated information or document no later than 7 days after the date of the change.
