If you have been served with an application for adjudication, you are a party to a payment dispute under the Construction Contracts Act 2024 (the Act).
As the respondent, you must reply in writing to the claim within 10 business days from the date of receiving the application, otherwise the adjudication process will still continue and the adjudicator will make a determination of the dispute without receiving your side of the story.
