This guideline provides instructions for State organisations in Western Australia on the minimum requirements for storing and maintaining physical State records of temporary value. 

The State Records Office (SRO) has also created the 'Store State Records Safely: Key points for storing State records of temporary value' poster, which highlights key considerations for organisations when storing physical records. A copy of the poster is attached below. Please contact the SRO if your organisation requires an editable version.
