The Training Accreditation Council (TAC) conducts surveys of its registered training organisations (RTOs) and stakeholders every two years to gather information about TAC's performance and effectiveness.

The TAC RTO and Stakeholder Perception of Performance surveys seek to gather important information about TAC’s performance and effectiveness. The findings from the surveys provide TAC with valuable insights regarding its performance, informs improvements, helps shape and enhance regulatory services, and helps focus its priorities over the short to medium term.

The Council is pleased to publish the RTO and Stakeholder Perception of Performance Report 2024. The surveys were conducted by an independent research company, Research Solutions Pty Ltd and were undertaken during September - October 2024.

Overall perceptions of TAC’s performance are very positive, with 93.5% of RTOs and 88% of stakeholders rating TAC’s performance as good or excellent.
