Treasury has updated its 2021-24 Workforce Strategy. Providing a supportive and continuous learning environment is a key part of our workforce strategy as we recognise that it is our people who drive our organisation. The Strategy also clearly defines our key workforce outcomes and priorities for 2021-24, and shows how our workforce strategies and practices are underpinned by the WA Public Sector and Treasury foundations. The Strategy guides and informs how we will acquire, retain, develop, motivate and deploy talent to ensure we can achieve our mission, vision and strategic goals now and into the future.
