WA registered providers must comply with this Policy pursuant to the data provision requirements under the Vocational Education and Training (General) Regulations 2009 (WA).
Equivalent requirements apply to RTOs registered under Commonwealth and Victorian legislation.
Failure to meet data reporting requirements constitutes a breach of an RTO’s conditions of registration and may result in enforcement action being taken against the RTO.
