The consultation draft Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery (E-waste) Regulations 2023 have been developed under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 to underpin the implementation of a statewide ban on the disposal of e-waste to landfill by 2024 in Western Australia.
