If a contractor/business is keen on becoming a Maintenance Contractor for Communities to deliver SHERP refurbishment and maintenance or BAU maintenance for Communities’ assets.

Process

In order to become a maintenance contractor for Communities, businesses are encouraged to register with and view the Tenders WA website.

Alternatively, they may approach the current Head Contractors to obtain subcontractor work: The Head Contractors will keep a register of local businesses and will request quotes as maintenance and small-scale refurbishment packages are released.
